Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase the Goods indicated by you and it is not a legally binding contract until you have received notification that the order is accepted. All advertisements and communications made by us (until such acceptance is received) are invitations only and are not offers. This means that if Goods are shown on the site but are not available, Goods are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, we are not under any legal obligation to sell said goods.

Taxes
All prices quoted on the Dirty Pretty Things website are quoted in UK sterling, and where appropriate are inclusive of UK tax (VAT).
Returns and Exchanges
All sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Dirty Pretty Things will offer an exchange or refund on all lingerie and accessories that are not in the sale if you are not perfectly happy within 10 days of receipt, provided the items are returned unworn, in perfect condition, any seals attached to the product packaging remain unbroken and that the item is in re-saleable condition (as above with all labels and swing tags intact).
For hygiene reasons we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges on any toys, nipple tassels or personal care products, unless they are faulty and within the warranty of 30 days of purchase
Please note that any items purchased via our website must be returned to the address below, and cannot be returned to any of our other stockists or concessions.

When making a return or exchange please follow the steps below:
1. Please include proof of purchase and indicate clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange. If you want to exchange the goods please state clearly which item you would like in exchange (any additional costs will be charged subsequent to despatch of replacement goods). Please also include a daytime contact number.
2. You, the customer, are responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning any items. Goods must be returned with proof of purchase and by registered post only. Dirty Pretty Things cannot be held responsible for any items returned to us in any other way.

RETURN OF FAULTY OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the products are being returned because they are faulty or incorrect, we will refund you the cost of the return postage in addition to the cost of the goods and your original postage. Please return the items following the above instructions.
Please use the returns label enclosed with your original order and note that postage will need to be paid for. Please remember to obtain proof of postage from your Post Office.
